Looking for Dedicated, Expansion Driven

Marketing and Public Relations Specialist

The purpose of this position is to keep and develop good relationships, with referral sources and to ensure those referral sources are actively referring to Teton Therapy. by keeping Teton Therapy and its services well know and in demand with the public through the use of personal meetings, good advertising, social media and web presences, community involvement, and any other avenues available.

The main products of this position are a steady stream of new patients into the Lander and Riverton Clinics and a wonderful public image of the company.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Design & Implement Marketing plan and program with VP of Public Relations
  • Visiting medical providers’ offices frequently to deliver success stories, monthly marketing gifts, and to survey doctors’ offices on what is wanted and needed
  • Coordinating lunches and meetings with doctors’ offices and other community members such as the Chambers of Commerce, radio stations, etc.
  • Attend community events while representing Teton Therapy in a professional way.
  • Find community events that the team can/should participate in
  • Complete surveys of the different publics to maximize return on advertising money spent.
  • Write and coordinate monthly newsletters with Marketing Team
  • Take photos/videos of the team, clinic, and events.
  • Update website in coordination with County10 and Marketing team
  • Write press releases
  • Write/coordinate bi-monthly blogs to be published on tetontherapypc.com & Facebook
  • Maintain/Expand our Social media presence.
  • Design advertisements, marketing & promotional materials, and other publications.
  • Work with County 10, local radio stations, newspapers, and other media outlets
  • Investigate and research new marketing opportunities
  • Investigate and research new referral sources
  • Planning and implementing special promotions, patient appreciations, OT/PT months
  • Assist with recruiting email campaigns.
  • Assist ad design for open positions.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required technical and/or administrative competencies and experience

  • Understanding of basic marketing principles
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with PC’s
  • Proficiency with Facebook Business and various social media platforms
  • Proficiency with Google G Suites (including Analytics, Drive, Docs, and Sheets)
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe, & other design programs
  • Familiarity with WordPress
  • Familiarity with MailChimp
  • Comfortable with learning new computer programs
  • Outstanding writing abilities (grammar, etc)
  • Adherence to HIPAA laws
  • Outstanding phone etiquette
  • Outstanding editing abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and track actions and results
