ISO a Property Manager with HUD-funded property management experience to oversee operations at a 20-unit apartment complex in Rock Springs, Wyoming, which is classified as a HUD Section 202/8 property. This position is PT, approximately 30 hours/week, and may require more or less hours weekly based upon needs of the property and re-certifications, etc. Health insurance is available, as well as paid time off and paid holidays and a 403(b), tax-sheltered annuity retirement plan. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated customer service ability as well as computer skills and basic office equipment knowledge, excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
