What You’ll Do:
Oversee Vacutech installations
Build rapport with customers and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the installation process
Coordinate and complete customer walkthroughs
Manage installers and subcontracted labor
Maintain a professional, clean and organized job site
Oversee worker productivity & compliance with quality standards
Budget time, multi-task & prioritize in order to meet established goals & deadlines
Be flexible & work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Be decisive & work well under pressure when faced with unexpected situations or delays
Analyze & resolve problems
Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies
Ensure all team members comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies
Provide employee coaching and development
Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time
Physical Requirements:
Must stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulations
Ability to stand for prolonged periods is required
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. is required
May perform duties requiring employee to intermittently bend and twist
Ability to tolerate ambient and non-heated work environments
Ability to work from ladders and/or platforms
Entry Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude
Read & understand blueprints, product drawings/details & building layouts
Proper & safe operation of various hand/power tools including hammer drills, band saws, drills, reciprocating saws, impact guns, grinders, laser levels, etc.
Be available to travel and stay at location assigned as required
Prior construction or related project management experience is desirable
Experience scheduling and supervising company installers is preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience in effectively communicating with and interacting with customers, trades, employee installation technicians and sales agents
Ability to manage, as well as inspect the quality of the jobs performed by subcontractors and employee installation technicians and hold them accountable
Time management skills, along with multi-tasking, prioritizing and problem-solving capabilities
Deliver great customer service and high-quality installations
Valid driver’s license
