Precision Medical Billing provides outsourced billing and collection services to physician practices, surgery centers, and outpatient medical and therapy clinics. We’re looking to grow our business in the market and need an experienced sales and Business development executive who is committed to deliver the company goals in physician medical billing/revenue cycle management area. Experience with healthcare industry is required or a huge plus.

Job Duties

  • Sell medical billing / revenue cycle management services to the physician practices, surgery centers, and outpatient medical/ therapy clinics.
  • Generate leads with in short time period and close them
  • Communicate with healthcare providers using Phone/Email
  • Work under minimum guidance

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in medical billing sales and business development
  • 2+ years of experience in sales/Business Development in health care industry
  • Strong in verbal and written communications
  • Proven history of sales
  • Experience in CRM tools such as Sales Force is a plus

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • A BA/BS degree or at least 4 years of professional outbound sales experience
  • Experience in medical billing / revenue cycle sales is a huge plus
  • Advanced level of prospecting and sales experience
  • Experience in CRM a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: able to talk to physicians and practice managers
  • Proven sales history
  • Strong needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
  • Effective sales, marketing and project management skills
  • Must be willing to travel to client locations when needed (these will be reimbursed).

The position is flexible, the sales rep can either work from our office in Houston, Texas or can work from home with a flexible schedule.

If you elect to work from home instead of at our office in Houston, Texas you should have the following

  • Must have a reliable computer with antivirus
  • Must have high-speed Internet access and headphone
  • Must have a quiet area to work as you will be on the phone most of the time

Compensation

  • Prior Sales Experience in Medical Billing
  • Basic computer skills in:
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint

  • Strong existing relationships with physicians, medical offices, and hospital administration
  • Being visual or creative
  • Being outgoing or talkative
  • Self-Motivated
  • Goal-oriented
  • Great writing skills for emails and proposals

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

Salary: $47,929.00 - $58,580.00 per year
