JOB SUMMARY
The Exercise Physiologist works with patients challenged with cardiovascular, pulmonary and metabolic diseases to enhance quality of life, manage health risk and promote lasting health behavior change. The Exercise Physiologist develops and administers programs designed to enhance aerobic endurance, cardiovascular function, muscular strength and endurance, balance and range of motion. The Exercise Physiologist educates their patients about exercise testing, program components, clinical and lifestyle care for control of chronic diseases.
