The Enterprise Systems Coordinator manages and oversee the administration and maintenance of Windows servers throughout the district; administers and troubleshoots enterprise communication services; researches and evaluates software, hardware and peripheral purchase options; act as expert functional specialist; acts as liaison between Information Technologies and the institution by providing basic, routine, and advanced level technical expertise while working under minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s degree or three years’ experience in enterprise administration
Be familiar with VMWare virtual desktop environment and deployment of zero client hardware

These are the job duties for required of the position.
Oversee installation, modification, and testing of enterprise system software and hardware to insure operational status of enterprise systems.
Administer and maintain all domain level server systems including email services.
Serve as a technical resource to the institution; provide basic and routine technical assistance and advice to faculty, staff, and students with computer, data or telecommunications related hardware, software, and peripheral questions by phone or in person.
Oversee virtual server/desktop environment and including testing, installation and maintenance of this environment.
Respond to system failures to bring system back to functioning levels of operation.
Maintain documentation/material for enterprise systems
Interact with vendors on install and warranty issues.
Assist the Information Technology Services department in the installation, modification, and testing of new systems software and hardware to insure operational status of computers; coordinate maintenance of computer systems.
