The Human Resource Generalist works closely with financial aid and all departments to ensure seamless student employment including budget management, adequate training and evaluation of the program. Also responsible for employee benefit administration including orientation and on-boarding. This position shares responsibility of the recruitment and selection process including posting positions, arranging interviews, and entering the new employee into the system. This position provides customer service and leadership for a variety of activities and initiatives within the function and organization-wide as well as support to the Human Resources team.

Responsible for orientation process in support of organizational strategic planning aimed at organizational health. Designs, delivers, and makes changes to the process for continued improvement.
