GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Youth Services Specialists supervise, monitor and provide direction and positive role modeling to adjudicated, female delinquents, ages 12-21 during general daily activities and ensure the safety and well-being of the residents.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Associate's Degree (typically in Social Services)
Experience:
0-2 years of progressive work experience (typically in Youth Services) with acquired knowledge at the level of a Youth Services Specialist
OR
Education & Experience Substitution:
2-4 years of progressive work experience (typically in Youth Services) with acquired knowledge at the level of a Youth Services Specialist
