DESCRIPTION
Responsible for disassembling Weatherby firearms, rifles and shotguns, properly applying CERAKOTE coating and reassembling the products.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Guide each product unit through the CERAKOTE process
Operate the spray gun with efficiency and consistency
Reassemble all product post-coating and curing
Repackage product
Maintain a clean and efficient work area
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Word and Excel
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience
High school diploma, GED or minimum 6 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Competencies
Excellent English language written and oral communication skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and barcode labels.
Technical Capacity
Ability to apply concepts of basic mathematics
Ability to use and read measuring instruments
Problem Solving/Analysis
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
