Excalibur Construction, Inc., Wyoming’s premier, and largest homebuilder based in Sheridan, WY is seeking an office assistant to join our expanding team. Excalibur is the leader in designing, building & remodeling homes in the region. We are seeking a candidate who is self-motivated, creative, works well with a team and has strong attention to detail. Candidates must have experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Starting wage will depend on experience with room for advancement and pay increase upon performance reviews.
Position Requirements/Duties:
REQUIRED:
· Minimum of a High School diploma (or GED equivalent)
· Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize
· Represent the company in a professional manner and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient with MS Office applications including OneNote, Word, Excel and Outlook
· Be a motivated, self-starter with attention to detail with excellent time management skills
· Have strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excel in customer service and problem-solving
