We are looking to hire a Customer Support Specialist to perform a variety of administrative tasks, including answering telephone inquiries. In this position you will forward calls to relevant team members, create and resolve support tickets via ZenDesk, and learn how to navigate our custom software and billing system to check balances, process payments/balance adjustments and more.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and we are seeking someone with patience and a pleasant demeanor. As a billing company, it crucial we demonstrate emotional intelligence and empathy in all customer interactions.
