GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Provide the highest standard of customer service while performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties, which assist in the operations and process of the agency.

High School Diploma
Experience:
0-2 years of progressive work experience (typically in Business Office Communications)

Education & Experience Substitution:
1-3 years of progressive work experience (typically in Business Office Communications)
