DescriptiondivJob PurposeThe Regional Business Development Executiveacirc;euro;trade;s responsibility is to build market position and facilitate the future growth of the following dealerships: Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Mount Pleasant.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesulliOffer effective solutions to meet the customeracirc;euro;trade;s needs by introducing the new and current customer base to the array of services provided within each of the three dealerships and the entire JXE network./liliWork with each of the three dealership's staff to develop strategic plans to target accounts./liliWork with each of the three dealership's staff to review fall off customers and determine a strategic plan to reestablish the relationship/liliResearch and propose alternate opportunities to grow sales in each of the three dealership's AOR/liliNegotiate new ventures for each of the three dealerships, reviewing the potential and the risks to ensure the operation performs at their most profitable level/liliWith key members on each of the three dealership's staff, meet with customers face-to-face to establish a relationship and understand their long term goals in doing business with the dealerships./liliDevelop relationships of value and trust with customers and coworkers/liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulMinimum Qualifications:ulliA bacheloracirc;euro;trade;s degree in Marketing or 3 years in a sales, business development or marketing role./liliExperience in the heavy equipment industry preferred/liliBachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing required./liliKnowledge of transportation/truck industry preferred/liliIntermediate computer skills required./liliAbility to communicate strategically and creatively required/liliValid Driveracirc;euro;trade;s License required/liliFlexible with the ability to work with a variety of customers and their needs/liliExperience using CRM systems for account development and management/liliExceptional customer management skills/li/ulEducation: High school diploma or equivalent degree, bacheloracirc;euro;trade;s degree in Marketing preferred.Experience and/or Training: 3 years in a sales, business development or marketing role preferredLicenses/Certificates: Valid Driveracirc;euro;trade;s LicenceTechnology/Equipment: Intermediate computer skillsAcirc;Physical and mental demands:The mental and physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.Acirc;ulliWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk; or hear.
