Ventuno, an acclaimed Italian restaurant, is hiring experienced cooks for seasonal and year round positions.
Our family of restaurants is located on Nantucket Island in Massachusetts, 30 miles off the coast of Cape Cod. It's beautiful, and the entire coastline is made up of sandy beaches. It was rated one of the best islands in the world by National Geographic.
We make everything from scratch, and we use the island's bounty to source as much of our food as possible. We have our own small farm, where you can work with ingredients from seed to plate.
We are seeking passionate and highly motivated individuals with a drive to cook with the seasons. This is an exciting opportunity to cook, live, and represent one of the most beautiful places on earth.
We offer competitive wages based on experience. Fine dining background is a plus. Bonuses are granted contingent on performance.
Housing is available. Start dates are to begin late March and early May.
