We are looking for an independent contractor with multiple skills. Our company has many properties and there's plenty of work to be done. The ideal worker we're looking for should be adept in the following areas:
Electrical
Plumbing
Carpentry
Painting
Walls
Masonry
Tile
Flooring
Roofing
Appliances
HVAC
Equipment handling
Grounds keeping
Cleaning
Licensed and bonded workers will stand apart from the rest.
You will be required to have a valid driver's license, your own form of transportation for both commuting and hauling, and your own tools. You should be able to easily lift 50 lb., willing to work in tight spaces and with heights. You will be working as an independent contractor, so you will need to be able to keep track of your own taxes.
