We are now accepting resumes for a full time site manager to oversee a Tax Credit apartment community in the Gillette, Wyoming. Applicants with Tax Credit and/or on-site management experience are preferred.

Job Description:
Paperwork and reporting according to the Tax Credit program guidelines
Must be able to market and lease units
Work with Regional Manager to maximize budgets and goals
Self sufficient to work without direct supervision
Maintain office hours of 9-5
Oversee maintenance and cleaning staff
General property management duties
