Automated Health Systems has Eligibility Specialist positions available in Cheyenne, WY.
As a part of the Wyoming Medicaid Customer Service Center Project, you will be responsible for providing education, assistance, and eligibility services to Wyoming Medicaid customers. Qualifications for the positions include excellent communication skills, strong PC proficiency and a customer focus with a passion for helping people. Knowledge of Wyoming Medicaid preferred. Associate Degree and/or related experience required.
Eligibility Specialists will be responsible for providing face-to-face interviews and eligibility assistance. Minimum one to two years’ experience in social sciences, public administration, or related field with customer contact required; one year of eligibility experience required. Bilingual language skills a plus.
