Beacon Management LLC is looking for an experienced property manager to handle day to day operations of 2 communities totaling 90 units of residential property in Casper, WY where you will directly serve the needs of the property owner. The Legacy Senior Residences are located at 1005 North Elma, and Cornerstone Apartments are located at 915 North Elma. These apartment communities have a full time opening for a qualified manager.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Resident customer service
Rent collections/delinquencies
Making daily deposits and auditing reports
Property inspections
Create work orders for repairs
Coordinating maintenance and vendor activities
Leasing and rental activities in accordance with established procedures, including screening, verification of income, lease processing and determining eligibility in accordance with Oklahoma rules and regulations governing Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
We are looking for someone who is intelligent, a clear communicator, and who can understand what it takes to maintain a high level of resident satisfaction and a high level of occupancy. If you are an independent worker, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate professionally we want to hear from you. Real estate property management is preferred.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service, communication, and office skills.
Must be familiar with Fair Housing Laws and attend annual training sessions.
Tax Credit experience preferred.
Ability to learn specialized property management software via on-line training.
Takes pride in work and considers the property as his/her own.
Our customers live at your place of business so you will be on call, you will have assistance for maintenance.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Successfully pass background check.
Compenastion is $16.00 an hour. Bonus potential and benefits are available.
Office hours will be Monday Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. All applicants must also be available for on call emergency situations.
