Job Requirements:
⢠Must live in Casper, WY area
⢠Must be at least 23 years of age
⢠Have a current/clean driver's license
⢠No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
⢠Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen
⢠Prior Oil Field Sales/Technical experience
Key Functions:
1. Sales: grow and sustain sales for the company
2. 24/7 Customer Service sales and operational involvement
3. Communicate with dispatch on orders to ensure efficient logistics.
4. Complete the sales process by performing the duties to ensure payment.
5. Business Development and Contract Procurement
6. Coordinate between WT-EM affiliated branches staff, customer staff and trucking companies
7. Maintain open communication with customer regarding accounts and MSA establishment
8. Regulatory policy proficiency. Includes solid knowledge of existing regs along with awareness of proposed or potential reg changes. EPA, NDIC, state regs, etc.
9. Safety awareness, adhere to company and customers safety policies.
Job Description:
Primary - This position is responsible for the direct product marketing, sales and services to WT-EM potential and existing customers throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. Products and services vary throughout the prospective industries serviced.
Secondary - In addition, this position is responsible for building relationships with key personnel at affiliated branches (Warren Transport, Weave Consulting) and all customers and contract sites that leads to effective communication and identifies potential service and safety concerns and works to solve identified problems in order that WT-EM and affiliated companies maintain satisfied customers.
