Manuel & CNC Machinist/Programmer. Must have machinist tools-calipers, indicators, etc. Must have current resume, recommendations. Must have experience on manuel lathes and mills, to set up jobs and complete them with quality finishing. CNC machining/programmer a plus, be familiar with Haas mill and Yang lathe. Must be able to perform setup, edit, programming at the machine, working knowledge of G&M code and be proficient with all types of measuring tools. Work in close tolerance with aluminum, stainless steel, other metals and plastics. Can read blueprints, manuals, finished specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations and setup requirements. Fits and assembles parts into complete assembly, verifying dimensions and alignment of assembly. Confers with productions, or others to resolve machining or assembly problems. 2-5 years experience.
