Roberts Excavation in Berthoud is seeking a Senior Mechanic for our busy shop. Our mechanics perform repairs and maintenance in the shop and in the field on jobsites, maintain required vehicle and equipment documentation, and complete other tasks and duties as assigned.
Required for the Mechanic position:
3 Years’ Plus Experience
Prefer if you have your own tools, but would consider an exception for the right candidate
Current, valid driver's license
Ability to pass a drug test
Availability to work outside of "regular" work hours and overtime
Preferred but not required:
Experience with heavy truck and crew/light truck repairs and maintenance
Experience with heavy equipment repairs and maintenance
Welding experience
Class A CDL
Physical requirements included but not limited to:
Standing, stooping, kneeling, walking, sitting, lifting, climbing, crouching, reaching with arms, contorting into and under equipment and vehicles as repairs are conducted, close and distance vision.
Working conditions are typical of working in outdoor and mechanical shop conditions and driving from the shop to the jobsites, vendors, and back to the shop.
