Actively promote and sell park offerings
Resolve guest issues and document appropriately
Register late-night check-ins and assign rooms to guests
Assist guests with reservations and block reservations for the next days guests
Accurately handle and operate cash registers
Close out day and prepare for following day
Maintain positive working relationships and open lines of communication within department and cross-departmentally
Assist other departments as needed
Comply with company policy rules and regulations
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be a people person!
Communication, sales, cash handling, and computer skills required(Opera PMS)
Basic knowledge of Yellowstone, services, attractions, lodging facilities, and area
