  • Description: The candidate supports the Solution Chief in decomposing system requirements into work packages (develop epics and features) and coordinate planning with various ART leadership on the planning and execution of a segments work. Additionally, this person coordinates meetings to clearly define the definition of done or scope of the effort during development and ensures execution to meet milestones seeing a segment from planning to delivery. This position will be responsible for assisting in building project plans to assure requirements are being met based on resource availability. This person would participate in segment, increment, and capability planning to identify infrastructure and software project dependencies and need dates to support installation of software and hardware for a capabilities to support a segment.

  • Description: This individual will act as the first line of defense for user level interactions and issues. This position will be primarily supporting users in person, secure phone, email, or instant message (IM). This position will be customer facing, so refined customer service skill, in addition to IT skills is a must for this position. You must be comfortable with diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with remote users on a daily basis.

This is to support the Wing Information and Communication Support (WICS 2) Technical Control Facility (TCF) requirement at Schriever AFB CO. The TCF operators make quality analyses of communications circuits and channels, monitor network and circuit operations and maintenance functions, recognizes and corrects deteriorating conditions, restores disrupted communications, provides requested on-call circuits, and takes or directs such actions as may be required and practical to provide effective telecommunications services for Schiever Space Force Base (SSFB).
