job detailsjob summary:Seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Technician with a great background in controls and combustion systems. The Field Technician will help in the maintenance and installation of industrial air pollution controls equipment.
Candidate will be traveling about 50-60% of the time to meet with clients nationally and internationally (during the business working week).

Significant experience in combustion systems with a controls background (burner controls, thermal systems, industrial systems, oxidizers, etc.)

Design, install, and maintain electrical control systems for industrial air pollution controls eqiupment.
Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to develop control system specifications and requirements.
Program, troubleshoot, and modify programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and human-machine interfaces (HMIs).
Install and configure control hardware, including sensors, actuators, and communication interfaces.
Conduct electrical testing and verification of control systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance.
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to diagnose and resolve electrical control issues.
Develop and maintain documentation, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
Participate in the commissioning and start-up of new control systems.
Train maintenance and operations personnel on the operation and maintenance of control systems.
Education/Experience:
Associate's Degree or Equivalent Certification in Controls or Electrical required.
TIA Portal, Allen Bradley, PLC software equipment expereince required.
Significant experience in combustion systems with a controls background (burner controls, thermal systems, industrial systems, oxidizers, etc.)
Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
Skilled background in electromechanical systems, especially in regards to industrial air pollution controls equipment.
