Knowledge and Skills Requirements State CNA certification / CHHA certification preferred but not required. No experience required, will train High school diploma or GED. Valid driver\'s license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Knowledge working with memory care clients a plus.  Must be able to lift 25 lbs.  Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Work Hours Varies depending on patient needs
