Find your future with us.BGS is searching for a MH-139 Program Analyst to join the team at Malmstrom AFB in Montana or Maxwell AFB, Alabama.This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.Position Responsibilities:

Conduct activities to validate aircraft, parts and materials are scheduled and routed per established plans

Support team performance by participating in process/tool improvement projects

Assists in the review, maintenance, and monitoring of processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements

Supports the development of program schedule and/or maintenance plans, etc.

Coordinates with affected organization regarding impact to the company and product deliveries.

Identifies long lead parts and activities, special tooling and technology changes.

Analyzes data to make recommendations that drive decisions for projects or processes.

Supports business unit level operating plans.

Provides analysis of production rates and production development initiatives.

Performs production proposal activities.

Supports proposal preparation and new business development efforts.

Participates on cross-functional teams and identifies producibility issues to maximize efficiency.

Works under general supervision.

This position requires an active U.S. Interim Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years’ experience with the airline/aerospace industry or relevant industrial sector companies utilizing data analytics

3+ years’ experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

Experience in manufacturing one or more of the following areas: Mechanical, Electrical Integration, Aircraft structures, Composites Assembly

Experience with military aircraft, specifically helicopter operations

Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
