Eco Three is an full service insulation provider. We do batts, blown fiberglass/cellulose, and foam. We also do vapor barrier installs in crawlspaces as well. I need insulation installer and potential crew leaders immediately. Working in this industry requires extreme tolerance for heat and challenging environments. We work in dark, dirty, and generally awful places. On the bright side, the pay is good, and I'll hire anybody with a good attitude, a good motor, and a desire to work. No experience required, but as alwaysit's a plus.
Requirements are as follows
- Must be a Baldwin County resident (Some exceptions, but very few)
- Reliable transportation a plus
- A clean driving record will make you eligible for a company vehicle
- Must be in excellent physical condition
We typically meet at the office in Fairhope most mornings around 7 am. Most days we finish around 2-3.
