Full charge bookkeeper needed for small accounting office. Payroll, certified payrolls, A/R, A/P, reconciliations, filing and communication with clients.
We have many different clients and your duties are changing all the time. Every client expects something different so this is not a job that you will be doing the same thing over and over. You have to be able to change how you enter data differently for each client.
Must be able to work accurately and pay close attention to detail. QuickBooks experience is helpful. Accounting experience is a must.
Hours are M - F, 9am - 5pm. Starting pay is $15/hour with a review after the end of summer. No benefits.
