Call Center Representatives assist customers and prospective customers via phone and email from a centralized customer service center by providing account and bank services information, accepting and processing various transactions, and transferring inquiries to appropriate bank departments.
We have an opening for the Call Center Operations Assistant. The successful candidate will have four years banking and/or call center experience or combination of education and experience and demonstrated ability to lead and coach staff to ensure excellent customer service, efficient operations, and adherence to policies and procedures. 6 months lead experience preferred.
Schedule Varies: Monday-Friday (8-hour shift between the hours 8am-6pm) alternating Saturdays 9am-4pm
