Position: Customer Service Agent
Location: Anchorage and Fairbanks
Pay Range: DOE + excellent benefits
Our client has 7 openings in Anchorage and two in Fairbanks for people who live for customer service! You need 40wpm typing speed, accurate data entry skills and a clean driving record.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Comply with company policies and procedures and Alaska State Law.
Responsible for: work assignments/rotations, back-up for absent employees.
Be available for Staff Meetings.
Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.
Assist with office duties including acceptance and return of telephone calls and document filing.
Communicate with other Co-workers, Supervisors and Management.
Audit batch work completed by you and your co-workers daily.
Ensure batch work is prepared to be submitted weekly.
Work closely with Manager and other Supervisors as a team to resolve issues, customer complaints, or other related problems.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
One to two years of customer service experience
Strong data entry and typing skills (40wpm)
Proficiency in Excel, Word and 10 key by touch
Exceptional customer service skills, along with a genuine enjoyment of working with the public
Valid Alaska Driver's License and clean driving record
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
