Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in initial pickups, de escalating issues
- Provide expert service on what we can do to help with any problem that they are having
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing Customer Service area
- Print pick up tickets , Answer phones, work efficiently and with a good attitude
- Stay updated on product knowledge and current trends. as well as personable skills

Requirements:
- Previous Customer service preferred, especially in furniture but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
