Kendall Ford of Anchorage has an immediate opening for a Service Manager.
Kendall Ford of Anchorage is a high-speed fast-paced service department assisting clients throughout Anchorage and surrounding areas. This is an advanced position at a large dealership offering excellent compensation and benefits.
We are looking for proven candidates with a history of superior CSI, experience managing service operations, the ability to expand departments sales, the ability to motivate and retain staff and proven commitment to department safety and loss control.
Duties will include but are not limited to supervising and developing service staff, ensuring company policies and procedures are in compliance, plan, organize and control service department operations, review operational expenses and ensuring proper warranty procedures, billing and collections.
