Ponderosa Pet Suites is Hiring
Kennel Technician at least 18yrs old, full/part time, up to 30-40 hours per week, must be able to work weekends and holidays.
First and foremost: MUST LOVE DOGS
This position requires being a team player, a fast pace, great time management and quick thinking. We have dogs of all sizes from 5lbs to 150lbs, so dog handling experience is preferred. We are blessed with the welfare and safety of our dogs so respect and understanding is very important.
Other requirements:
ability to learn quickly and work well with others
positive attitude, work ethic, punctual,
cleaning (lots of it), food prep and administering some meds
great customer service in person and on the phone
interacting and redirecting dogs
standing for long periods of time, weather tolerable (meaning we are outside even in the winter months)
