Uncle Herb's is recruiting for both Full-time and Part-time staff to support our cannabis business operations, with multiple retail store locations in the Anchorage area and a cultivation located at our Arctic Spur location. Must be a team player, excited to learn in a dynamic and growing industry. We're excited to add versatile individuals to our business who have diverse backgrounds; who have qualities and skills that would fit with our team; candidates who demonstrate commitment and longevity with prior work history is a plus. We pride ourselves in giving back to our community by #1 supporting our customers with good value and product knowledge and also by giving back to important causes in the communities we serve. November 20th, 2017 marks our 4-year Anniversary at our flagship store on Arctic Spur. It'll be in our 4th year that we plan to launch our 4th store and will keep fostering good value and spreading "happy vibes" to the communities we serve. As we grow the business, we will look to promote within our current staff as well as add new team members, as we recruit for the following positions;
Retail / Budtending Staff:
-Friendly customer service staff, engaging with customers and providing product knowledge to visitors everyday. Must have customer service and cash handling experience. Our OPEN for business hours are 9am - 11pm; please indicate when your preferred availability is to work, AM or PM, PT or FT preferred.
Production / Garden:
-Back of house production activities to include pre-packaging bulk flower, producing prerolls and various other products. Garden operations to support harvest and cultivation operations. No experience required. OJT =on the job training.
Office Manager:
Formal announcement coming January/ February 2022. Applicants may inquire who have relevant management experience in cannabis or a related field.
