Service Business Development Center Lead Position
Alaska Sales and Service - Anchorage is accepting qualified applications for a Service Business Development Center Lead to work in our Business Development Center. This position is responsible for directing a small team of Business Development Specialists in responding to inquiries via the phone and online. An average day is spent sitting at the computer fielding these inquiries and reaching out to customers who we have served in the past while keeping records of these transactions. Our ideal candidate is goal driven, friendly and outgoing, enjoys talking with people on the phone and is excited to tell people about our products and services. This candidate will monitor General Motors programs tied to customer retention on a daily basis and track our performance and growth to exceed objectives set by the manufacturer.
Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
An active listener
Possess good organizational skills
Can multi-task in a fast paced environment
Customer Service experience
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint is a plus) with strong and accurate data entry skills
Ability to apply selling skills to identify sales and growth opportunities
Have a current Alaska driver's license
Acceptable driving record
