We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Manager to lead our auto detailing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the auto detailing industry, along with exceptional leadership and organizational skills. As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that all detailing services meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will manage a team of detailers.
In this role, you will also be tasked with answering all phone calls scheduling all appointments calling all customers when vehicles are ready. Dealing with all customers arriving and checking out. First one to the shop and last one to leave. You will be ordering supplies as needed, Quality checking completed vehicles. Checking timecards and doing payroll for employees every Friday. Valid Drivers license as you will move vehicles in and out of bays and around the lot. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
