Optimal candidate has a minimum of three (3) years experience in an elementary classroom, interest in Montessori philosophy and education, experience with classroom set-up, materials presentation, curriculum management, and excellent parent relationship skills. Bachelor's degree in Education preferred; any field required. Montessori certification preferred, not required - fully sponsored credential training available! AK Teaching certification not required.
