Nursing degree/diploma required upon hire.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire, or equivalent education/ experience.

A RN with 20 years of RN experience will not be required to obtain a BSN.

Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case by the most senior administrative nursing leader in consultation with the Human Resources leader.

RNs employed prior to 2021 are encouraged to obtain a Bachelor's or higher degree in Nursing, but obtaining the degree will not be a condition of employment.

Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.

1 year recent clinical experience in any of the following suggested areas; home health, tele health, medical-surgical, critical care, emergency, pediatric or maternal-child health nursing.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing upon hire.

3 years recent clinical experience in any of the following suggested areas; home health, tele health, medical-surgical, critical care, emergency, pediatric or maternal-child health nursing.
