Night Manager – Restaurant & Catering Operations
We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Night Manager to oversee restaurant operations and catering/events during the night shift, Tuesday through Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage nightly restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
Coordinate and execute catering orders and special events
Lead, support, and motivate staff during evening shifts
Handle guest needs with professionalism and positivity
Maintain operational standards, safety, and cleanliness
Requirements:
TAPS Card (Alcohol Server Certification)
Strong leadership and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Experience in restaurant or catering management preferred
