Needs to have experienced cooking skills in making Soups, Pizzas, Burgers, Steaks and Salads. Good time management. Knowledge of plate sets. Knows how to manage tickets in a timely fashion. Has cleanliness and organizational skills. Needs to know how to rotate stock and have good food rotation skills. Good work ethic a must. Be willing to work evenings and weekends.
