Marx Bros Cafe an award winning fine dining restaurant is seeking an experienced sous chef with a passion for food.
Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a knowledge of a variety of cooking techniques including preparation of sauces, pasta and starches, saute, grilling and braising. Must be able to work well with others.
At least 1 year of fine dining experience and hold a current serve safe certificate.
