New AK costal inspired restaurant in the heart of the thriving Spenard neighborhood is
looking to hire positive, experienced, and culinary minded individuals to prepare and cook
foods that meet customer needs and satisfaction. The successful candidate will have
culinary skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates will maintain a clean work environment, be able to work effectively and
safely in a busy kitchen environment, setup and stock stations with necessary supplies,
restock when necessary through-out service, prepare, cook, and plate food in cooperation
with other food staff according to the restaurants standards.
Requirements:
ï· Ability to lift 50 pounds
ï· 1-2 culinary experience preferred
ï· Ability to stand for long periods of time
ï· Knowledge of basic recipes, ingredients, and preparation methods
ï· Team player
ï· Time management skills
ï· Current Municipality of Anchorage Food Handlers Card
