Front Desk Clerk Monday through Friday. 12AM to 8AM (Sunday night through Thursday Night)
Duties include:
Prep maid sheets for next day check outs
Prep next days reservations
File future reservations and cancellations
Using a credit card machine and cash register
Taking reservations on the phone
Helping guests find their way around Anchorage
Prep and cook breakfast
Putting out breakfast in the morning
Basic cleaning and sanitation of office
Basic computer skills such as:
Using a Property Management System
Responding to E-mails
Using Word and Excel
Must be reliable and punctual
Experience in hospitality unnecessary but will help.
