Motley Moo Creamery is seeking to grow our kitchen team with an individual that shares our company values, passion for ice cream and goal of providing our guests with the best local ice cream in the state of Alaska.
Primary role will be to assist Manager/Operator in churning ice cream and making and or preparing ice cream bases, dairy-free bases, inclusions, sauces and ice cream sandwiches.
The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, be hardworking, clean, honest, dependable, and trustworthy, have a positive attitude, be a team player and work well in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, quality, ability to multi-task and follow instructions from Manager/Operator is a must.
Job Type-
This is a year round position with full-time work (40hr/wk) in the summer months (May-Aug) and (24-32hr/wk) in fall/winter/spring months (Sept-April). Week days. Occasional weekends.
Qualifications-
Must be 18 years or older
1+ year working in the food industry
Be able to work independently as well as collaboratively
Current ServeSafe Certificate or ability to obtain one
