Hearth Artisan Pizza is looking for a professional, experienced Pantry/Line Cook and/or Pizzaiolo. Pizza and line cooking experience is a big plus! We offer a safe and professional work environment, great pay, and a summer bonus program!
You’ll be working with me, Chef Kerri (CIA Hyde Park). After working with my good friend, renowned Seattle chef Tom Douglas for a decade, I have returned to Anchorage, my home town, to build upon the early success of a great local restaurant, Hearth!

Pantry/Line Cook: DOE
- minimum 2 years on the line in a quality, high volume kitchen: assembling salads, hot appetizers and desserts.

Pizzaiolo: DOE
- all of the above PLUS
- 2 years wood oven cooking experience
- passion for making the best pizza everyday
