SOUS CHEF, LEAD LINE COOKS AND LINE SUPPORT NEEDED
Are you ready for a FRESH START in a FRESH YEAR with a FRESH JOB? Suite 100 Restaurant and Bar is looking for experienced sous chefs, leads, line cooks and line support cooks. We cook tasty, REAL food for a lot of happy guests every day. That means we need a great team in our high volume kitchen.
You MUST have an impressive work ethic, ability to lead, a great attitude, a desire to learn and develop, and a determination to be an integral player on a team of restaurant professionals.

Experience required, cleanliness, and positive teamwork attitude is a must.

Potential Sous Chefs & Leads Must:
Have experience running "the wheel" of a busy, high volume restaurant.
Have leadership experience in a commercial kitchen.
Have the ability to train and guide others.
Have experience in all stations of a commercial kitchen.
ALL Potential Staff MUST:
Possess a friendly, confident demeanor.
Have a desire to work in a great team environment with a sense of urgency.
Maintain composure under stress.
Have the ability to take direction and correction.
Be respectful and hard-working and reliable.
Maintain and follow proper food safety and sanitation procedure.
Have open availability, including holidays and weekends.
Qualifications - Food preparation, cooking, and food handling experience- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience- Culinary background with knowledge of meal preparation- Strong knife skills.
Pay is $18-$24 per hour, (PLUS TIPS) depending upon performance and experience with room for advancement.
