The Prep Supervisor is responsible for daily operations of the restaurant. They lead the prep crew by maintaining high food quality standards, assisting in food production and ensuring cost control standards are consistently met and maintained. The Prep Supervisor has a clear understanding of policies, procedures and company vision. Weekend availability is a must.Role/Responsibilities include:
Works with BOH staff to ensure quality of food coming out of prep kitchen and out to guests
Works with BOH staff to set pars and monitor food outages/waste tracking
Assists with hiring and training
Assists with opening and closing duties, as well as shift change responsibilities, and facility inspections
Provides assistance with recipe management, development, and upkeep
Qualified candidates will have the following:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate English
Must have current Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card ServSafe Certification
Must possess basic math skills
