Spenard Roadhouse is searching for an experienced and creative Kitchen Supervisor who thrives in a fast paced environment. Evening & weekend availability is a must!
The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for daily operations of the Restaurant. They lead the kitchen staff by maintaining high food quality standards, assisting in food production and ensuring cost control standards are consistently met and maintained. The Kitchen Supervisor has a clear understanding of policies, procedures and company vision. The Kitchen Supervisor is the person in charge in the absence of the Sous Chef.
Qualified applicants will have:
Great time management and organizational skills
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting
Strong leadership skills
Strong, professional communication skills
Ability to adapt and remain positive in a constantly evolving work environment
Current Municipality of Anchorage approved Food Handler's Card
Must be at least 18 years of age
