The Victory Cafe is located in the Nesbett Courthouse basement. We’re a welcoming, fast-paced café dedicated to quality, creativity, and community. We’re looking for a passionate, friendly, and reliable Barista to join our team.
Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages
Provide exceptional customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of front of house area
Operate POS system and handle cash and card transactions accurately
Restock and prep ingredients and supplies as needed
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a POSITIVE work environment!
Qualifications:
Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required
Passion for coffee, hospitality, and customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and team oriented
