Job Description:
Under the guidance of the management team, caregivers will be responsible for the following duties, including but not limited to:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, eating, bathing, toileting, and transferring.
Leading and engaging residents in activities and games.
Adapting services to meet the needs of each resident and following individual care plans.
Collaborating as a team to complete tasks.
Lifting and transferring residents (ability to lift 35-50 lbs).
Pay: Competitive and based on experience
